Jim Tousignant - CEO
Jim is the Founder and CEO of PositiveTALK. Prior to founding PositiveTALK, Jim was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ultimate Escapes (formally AMEX: ULEI), the second largest luxury destination club in the world. Prior to that, Jim was a Managing Director at Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters, NYSE: TRI) where he was responsible for global sales and account management and was an Executive Vice President at Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS), where he was responsible for ecommerce and business development. From April 1993 to September 2000, Jim was the co-founder and President of Multex.com, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: MLTX), a global provider of online financial information services, and was responsible for managing a rapidly growing global company with millions of users, 500 employees and revenues of over $100 million worldwide. He was also active in raising more than $50 million in private venture capital at Multex, managing four acquisitions, and overseeing the company's successful $40 million initial public offering in 1999. In 1981, Jim started his first software company, Mirror Images Software, Inc., as a senior at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Jim attended RPI from 1978 to 1982, majoring in Management with a minor in Computer Science.

Tom D'Ambrosio - CTO
Prior to co-founding PositiveTALK, Tom was a Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Ultimate Escapes (formally AMEX: ULEI), the second largest luxury destination club in the world. Prior to that, Tom served as the Chief Information Officer for Reuters Research, a division of Reuters PLC (now Thomson Reuters, NYSE: TRI) formed with the acquisition of Multex.com, Inc. (formally NASDAQ: MLTX). Tom served as Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer for Multex.com, a very successful startup company that created the first Internet-based online broker research network, which provided more than 2 million users with online financial information and brokerage research. Prior to Multex, Tom served as Director of Advanced Systems Development for Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: ADP), designing and building the first Microsoft Windows based market data workstation. Tom received a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems and an Associate of Science degree in Computer Technology. Tom is a veteran, having served as a member of the United States Air Force.
